Shipping.

You are responsible for getting your mac to us safely. Original packing is ideal to keep the computer safe. If the shipping cost is 25% of the trade in value you should consider other options. If you're in Orange County you can drop it off at our mac store location.
Condition.

We expect good working order.

Any modifications or major blemishes must be disclosed to us. If the computer was exposed to cigarette smoke often you must disclose. These are expected with every computer trade in:
keyboard, mouse, restore disks.

Files / Transfer.

For $60 our mac service department will transfer your data from your trade in computer to the new macintosh. This service makes the process of upgrading a little easier.Our sales people can also help you review the compatibility of your old peripherals. Some devices may not function on the new mac as they did on your trade in mac. We try to foresee these so your upgrade experience is easier.
No Trade / Just Sell. A buy only price is 75% of the price listed at mac trade exchange. Whether you are looking to save money, or environmentally concerned recycling your computer is the right thing for you.
